
Job description
Axos is seeking a Client Service Advocate (CSA) to be the primary contact for selected clients, answering inquiries, processing transactions, and serving as a subject matter expert on products.
Answer client inquiries, process account transactions, train clients and internal team members, and assist with trading problems.
Must have strong relationships with clients, identify issues, and determine course of action for effective resolution. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and train new staff.
