Patient Advocate Part-Time (Medical Cannabis)

The Patient Advocate is responsible for providing an extraordinary experience to customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns. They will also assist management with store operations, including inventory tracking and customer orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years' experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency
