Patient Advocate Part-Time (Medical Cannabis)

The Patient Advocate is responsible for providing an extraordinary experience for customers in a cannabis dispensary setting. They foster a compassionate and inclusive environment, provide knowledgeable answers, and resolve customer concerns. Patient Advocates also assist the Management Team with store activities and operations.

Requirements

• Provides knowledge and expertise to customers about Premium Cannabis products
• Ensures customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely
• Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active
• Meets/exceeds day to day sales metrics
• Assists management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed
• Fosters a positive work environment and treats everyone with dignity and respect
