Patient Advocate Part-Time (Medical Cannabis)

The Patient Advocate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and experience in a cannabis retail setting. They will foster a positive and inclusive environment, assisting management staff and performing various tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years' experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
