The Sales Associate is responsible for providing customer service on the shop floor, addressing customer needs promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels and achieve optimal sales outcomes. Provides exceptional customer service by engaging in up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives, and promptly following up on customers' requests.

• Greet customers, offer assistance promptly, and serve them to ensure their needs are met in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging in up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives, and promptly following up on customers' requests.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process for items/shipments, maintaining accurate stock keeping to prevent security risks and thefts.
• Arrange and replenish shop shelves continuously, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and shelves at all times to maintain the brand's image and coordination standards.
• Handle cash registers and customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
• Take precise measurements for necessary alterations, assigns prices based on the established price list (when applicable), and coordinate the required alterations promptly and accurately.
• Promote additional products and services to customers to meet hourly and daily sales goals through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Notify department or universe managers about unavailable and underperforming products.
• Organize product displays in relevant sections based on sales trends, release dates, and recommendations from department or universe managers.
