Logistic Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst to assist our global team in a full-time position. This opportunity will allow you to utilize and build your experience with international logistics, your understanding of incoterms, and your problem-solving abilities in order to help serve our businesses and customers.

What You Will Do

Analyze freight contracts and shipping routes, implement freight payment services, request freight quotes, and maintain contract rates and tariffs. Provide internal customer support and monitor volume and spending in logistics categories.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience with International Logistics, cold chain logistics, and Hazmat Dangerous Goods shipping requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience with International Logistics
• Experience with cold chain logistics and arranging biological sample shipments
• Understanding of Hazmat Dangerous Goods shipping requirements
• Understanding of biological sample permitting (preferred)
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud
• Experience working with Freight Payment Centers
• General knowledge of transport tariffs
• Strong systems aptitude with a working knowledge in Global transportation carrier’s and services
• Strong understanding of incoterms
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
