Senior Manager IP

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Patent Professional to join their Intellectual Property (IP) team. This role focuses on driving global product development, shaping IP strategies, and ensuring product quality across key markets. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IP and business acumen, supporting cross-functional initiatives and managing innovative formulations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Deep understanding of global patent systems and procedures (including Indian, US, EP, and PCT).
• Expertise in patent analysis, drafting, prosecution, and litigation support.
• Exposure to P-IV litigations is highly desirable.
• Strong command over FTO analysis, Orange Book navigation, and regulatory IP alignment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate within multidisciplinary teams.
