Job description
Join a growing company as an Oracle Cloud Fast Formula Developer to design, build, and troubleshoot custom logic for payroll, benefits, and time tracking. Partner with HR Business Analysts to turn complex policy documents into executable code.
Write, test, and deploy Fast Formulas for various modules, including payroll, absence management, benefits, and compensation. Troubleshoot formula execution errors and optimize long-running formulas.
This role requires advanced knowledge of Oracle Fast Formula syntax, strong SQL skills, and experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) HCM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes and legislative requirements.
