Join B&Q as a Trading Team Manager to drive commercial delivery of the sales floor and coach colleagues to deliver an exceptional service for customers. The role involves leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, conduct regular commercial reviews, and support colleagues to build product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions.
