Join B&Q as a Retail Media Analyst in the Southampton Store Support office, working on high-quality analysis across Retail Media, CRM, and Loyalty. Deliver insights on customer behaviour, audience performance, and commercial outcomes. Partner with Retail Media teams to demonstrate the value of first-party data.
Deliver high-quality analysis, build and evaluate customer audiences, measure and report on campaign performance, and support the definition and tracking of customer health metrics. Produce clear, decision-ready insights that influence campaign design and audience strategy.
