Join B&Q as a Trading Team Manager and drive commercial delivery of the sales floor, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be pivotal in creating a truly inclusive team to make every customer count.
Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, lead end-to-end stock management, range change, and promotions. Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback. Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions.
We're looking for a leader who is comfortable coaching, passionate about process, and well-planned and organised. You should be able to lead in a way that brings out the best in your colleagues and demonstrates a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
