Join B&Q as a Trading Team Manager to drive commercial delivery of the sales floor and coach colleagues to deliver an exceptional service for customers. The role involves leading a team to deliver effective stock management and serving customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable coaching, passionate about process, and well-planned and organised.
Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, lead end-to-end stock management, range change, and promotions. Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback. Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions.
