Job Description
BAART Programs, part of BayMark Health Services, is seeking a compassionate Counselor Supervisor to lead, mentor, and impact the lives of individuals with substance use challenges. This role involves overseeing intake operations, maintaining compliance, and fostering a supportive team environment within a outpatient clinic setting.
Requirements
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges
- Non-judgmental, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
