We're looking for a highly capable Team Administrator to join our Auckland-based Infrastructure team and provide high-level administrative, coordination, and business support to our Infrastructure leadership and wider team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior administrative, team support, PA, or bid coordination role
- Ability to extract and synthesize information from design reports to prepare profiles, marketing collateral, and web content
- Strong written communication skills, with confidence editing and proofreading professional documents
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI)
- Experience in infrastructure, engineering, consulting, or professional services (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with tender portals, document management systems, or ERP systems (desirable)
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a collaborative working style
