Lead Stormwater Engineer / Technical Director

Lead and deliver complex water infrastructure projects, including stormwater design and delivery, from early stages through to construction monitoring. Provide technical leadership and mentoring within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Manage and deliver stormwater projects
• Provide technical leadership within the team
• Prepare briefs, estimates, feasibility studies, and contract documentation
• Manage construction phases and deliver to time, budget, and quality
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor hazards and ensure compliance with H&S practices
• Coach and mentor junior engineers
• Stay current with relevant codes, standards, and software
