The Associate Director/Senior Associate Director of Graduate Admissions is a vital member of our Graduate Admissions leadership team, playing a key role in attracting, engaging, and enrolling innovative and inclusive thinkers into our globally recognized graduate programs.
Requirements
- Collaborate in developing, supporting, and maintaining admissions policies
- Develop and lead targeted outreach strategies to build awareness and interest in Babson’s portfolio of graduate programs
- Serve as a thought partner in identifying new pipelines and practices
- Oversee the holistic review of applications and train team members to ensure consistency, integrity, and mission alignment in candidate evaluations
- Guide prospective students through the entire enrollment journey from inquiry through enrollment
- Analyze and report on admissions metrics to support recruitment effectiveness and conversion strategy
- Mentor and guide other team members; lead strategic projects such as technology implementation, new partnership development, and continuous improvement initiatives
