Requirements

• A master’s degree
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in admissions or enrollment management for Associate Director
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in admissions or enrollment management for Senior Associate Director
• 3 years of management experience
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis ability
• Prior experience with web-based and electronic marketing, customer relationship management, and data management and mining
• Relationship-driven approach with strong communication skills and ability to engage with students, alumni, faculty, and global partners
• Experience in both domestic and international graduate recruitment
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working across departments in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work with ethnically, culturally, and socially diverse students, staff, and faculty
