Director I - Engineering Quality

Role Overview

The Director of Supplier Quality will lead the development and maintenance of the supplier quality assurance strategy and program for the CEMA business. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with business leaders, programs, and suppliers to ensure world-class product and process quality and delivery.

What You Will Do

Develop and drive a proactive supplier quality program, measure and analyze supplier quality metrics, and drive continuous improvements efforts at suppliers. Investigate and resolve supplier quality problems, and lead continuous improvement projects to drive a zero defects mindset.
