Engineering Manager

Join BAE Systems as an Engineering Manager and lead engineering resources across assigned projects. Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers, and represent engineering in external engagements. Work closely with project and technical leaders to support integration across development and in-service support, identify cross-programme risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree, HND or HNC qualified in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent level of competence
• Recognised knowledge and experience in the broad discipline of Engineering Management of multi-discipline teams and work packages
• Knowledge of the complete Engineering Lifecycle with experience of operating across the phases
• Familiarity with other related areas of the business to achieve project and business objectives
