Job description
Lead a team of electrical engineers in the Electronic Combat Solutions business area, with experience in leadership, technical, and project management. Influence program execution and mentor senior engineers.
Manage a team of 10 electrical engineers, hire and staff hardware engineers, and oversee hardware engineering program execution and scope management.
Ideal candidate has experience in new development and/or established programs, leading multi-disciplined engineering teams, and influencing program execution.
