Job description
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Hardware Test Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the US Navy’s Aircraft Launch and Recovery system. The role involves hands-on testing of electrical hardware from component to system level, with travel required for system installation, operation verification, testing, and certification.
Gather product requirements, develop test plans, execute testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and communicate test results. Design and build automated testing systems, create technical documentation, and collaborate with engineers and production staff.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to mission-critical projects in a rapid development environment. Travel to project sites is required, and relocation to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas is necessary.
