
Job description
Perform inspections on printed wiring boards, cable/wire harness assemblies, and other electronic components to ensure conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and process standards. Work with sensitive electrostatic discharge sensitive devices and maintain knowledge of BAE Systems Space and Mission Systems Process Library.
Perform dimensional inspections, create and maintain inspection reports, support government and customer inspections, and troubleshoot inspection problems. Monitor conformance to design or test specifications and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with IPC certifications and electrostatic discharge sensitive devices is preferred.
