Job description
Join our Enterprise Shared Services team as an IT Organizational Change Manager, driving higher proficiency and faster adoption of changes impacting project stakeholders and enterprise audiences. The individual will play a key role in ensuring and driving critical activities to meet business and project objectives.
Direct change management activities and initiatives, communicate goals, build change capability, create change management strategy, conduct impact analysis, and define success metrics.
The ideal candidate will have extensive level of change management experience, be self-motivated, and willing to take on new responsibilities.
