
Job description
This is an early career position with experienced process engineers providing mentorship to help establish confidence, leadership, and ownership in the individual to support long-term career growth. The team member will have manufacturing engineering local leadership within one of our microelectronics manufacturing cells.
Assist in the development, sustainment, and improvement of processes and process instructions via automated and manual machinery. Support manual assembly cell, nonconforming material review, FAI support, and design of custom fixtures.
Empowered to help with decisions that improve the overall success of the microelectronics factory. Opportunity to drive continuous improvement activity for cost reduction in the factory.
