Job description
Lead a large team in an operational, functional, and continuous improvement capacity, developing a manufacturing strategy and executing a production system that aligns with customer value. The position requires an experienced operational leader with the ability to think strategically while leading tactical execution.
Accountable for leading a direct staff of 3-5 managers, developing people at every level, championing a safety-first culture, defining customer value, and translating strategy into executable expectations.
This role requires a highly motivated, result-driven professional with vision and experience leading Lean thinking to solve system challenges in direct support of the Tactical Solutions (TS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
