Job description
Lead the New Product Introduction teams and factories for C4ISR Operations, working with various teams to ensure product manufacturability and alignment with business strategies.
Responsible for Pilot Line Technical Operations, providing design feedback, and ensuring designs meet production rates and yields. Execute DOEs, prototypes, and IRADs for process and product improvements.
Requires technical and analytical guidance, active participation in technical reviews, and championing of C4ISR Transition to Production best practices.
