Job description
We are seeking an experienced NPI Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The candidate will support NPI builds and tests of products in our SMT and Circuit Card Assembly factory, and have the opportunity to support our Final Assembly factory. The role requires a strong technical aptitude, focus on quality, good communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
The candidate will perform various activities such as early design review, process flow definition, NRE identification, work instruction collaboration, and build support.
This position offers a variety of challenges working with technology intended to protect our warfighter, and the opportunity to work in a cohesive team environment.
