Job description
We are seeking an experienced NPI Product Engineer to join our team. The candidate will support the build of new products in our SMT and Circuit Card Assembly factory and have the opportunity to support our Final Assembly factory. The role requires a strong technical aptitude, a focus on quality, good communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
The NPI Product Engineer will be responsible for early design review, process flow definition, NRE/TTP budget estimation, NRE identification, work instruction collaboration, TTP checklist ownership, build support, production training, process qualification, issue resolution, product quality and yield monitoring, capital management, and CAB/CARB participation.
