You will ensure safety requirements are correctly captured, decomposed, recorded and communicated across relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Manage all safety requirements flowing down from whole boat into combat systems
• Lead Requirements Decomposition activities
• Deliver clear, concise and evidence-based reports to the Senior Engineering Manager
• Liaise effectively with Subsystems, the Safety Team and Suppliers
• Ensure robust requirements governance, change control and configuration management processes
