Job description
Support Circuit Card Assembly manufacturing operations, developing and optimizing processes to meet high-reliability aerospace and defense electronics standards.
Monitor and maintain process performance, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements, yield enhancement, and defect reduction.
Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with process development and optimization, and knowledge of AS9100 and IPC standards.
