Job description
Lead, coordinate, develop, and direct the overall program strategy and execution for one or multiple contracts in ship repair, commercial, and fabrication type work. The Program Manager will take part in capture, proposal development efforts, and follow through to lead the pre-production processes for contracts that have been awarded.
Lead teams, facilitate issue resolution, provide training support, serve as primary point of contact, execute programs from proposal through contract closeout phase, prepare project execution plans, and coordinate project activities.
Utilize industry knowledge, team-first mentality, and positive attitude to drive success. Execute processes, develop management plans, and communicate program metrics (KPIs) including budget and schedule.
