Job description
The Program Manager- Weapon Systems Program Execution will support the Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business by providing strategic and thought leadership to Project, Program, and Portfolio Management. This role will improve Program Management Processes, Training, Tools, and Measures.
Develop project control integrated cost and schedule processes, collaborate with program execution teams, maintain performance excellence, and promote consistency across all programs within CMS.
This role requires collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, earned value management, and project control.
