
Job description
This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, and will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. The Program Manager I will be responsible for the leadership and management oversight of a project team, assuring that project's financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting all contractual commitments.
Drive the execution of production hardware programs, and non-recurring Engineering (NRE) contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of customer requirements. Manage program budgets, forecasts, and earned value metrics, with full responsibility for financial and operational performance.
The selected candidate must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, and all Program Office functional leadership to assure deliveries continue to exceed customer commitments and achievement of financial commitments to the company.
