Job description
Lead a cross-functional team in the design, fabrication, test, and integration of electrical harnesses for ground and space-based systems. Collaborate with engineers in various disciplines to deliver high-impact technologies for customers' missions.
Lead a team to deliver projects on cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Develop harnesses to quality and reliability standards for NASA, DoW, and NOAA customers.
Assess risk and make risk-based decisions. Develop effective working relationships within the department and company. Perform other duties as necessary.
