
Job description
Lead a cross-functional team in the design, fabrication, test, and integration of electrical harnesses for ground and space-based applications. Collaborate with engineers in various disciplines to deliver high-impact technologies for customers' missions.
Lead a team to deliver on project cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Develop harnesses to quality and reliability standards for NASA, DoW, and NOAA customers. Assess risk and make risk-based decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires strong leadership, technical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical systems, mechanical packaging, and production engineering.
