Job description
Lead a team of subject matter experts in fulfilling technical requirements for the Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) Division at Webster Field in St. Inigoes, MD. Manage technical projects, serve as a liaison between BAE Systems and government project leads, and prepare project execution plans.
Manage projects, develop project cost estimates, coordinate with functional managers, execute processes and procedures, develop briefs and reports, ensure quality assurance requirements are met, and initiate corrective action.
The selected candidate must be able to provide attention to detail, maintain a perspective aimed at making the program successful, and assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
