Job description
Lead the daily execution of a project/ship and members of the Ship Management team, coordinating and directing work to meet project goals. Work with multiple departments and processes to support production efforts across the repair team.
Manage project execution, lead teams, provide training, and interact with internal/external customers. Direct production labor and support resources to navigate the entire availability.
You will lead and facilitate teams, provide training, and interact with customers. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for the operations team and have responsibility to direct production labor and support resources.
