Job description
This role will work to establish and manage an effective engineering team to support a large program or several small programs to meet established cost, schedule and technical requirements as defined in the program plan.
Coordinate and manage engineering activities on the assigned program(s) to comply with cost, schedule and technical requirements and established engineering practices in order to meet program commitments.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing engineering teams and ensuring effective execution on programs.
