
Job description
This is a part-time position working on-site at BAE Systems office for approximately 20 hours per week. The Research Librarian II will support the Navy Program Manager responsible for Strategic Systems Planning (SSP) Facilities Acquisition at TRIDENT Submarine Bases, primarily at Kings Bay, Georgia and Bangor, Washington.
Perform cataloging, metadata entry and management, reference services and expertise, digital resource organization and management, archival work and collection maintenance. Ensure high-quality research services and manage library operations.
The candidate will be required to maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information. The position requires working with and supporting corporate Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) personnel to maintain a safe work environment and ensures compliance with safety objectives and policies.
