Job description
Lead a large product development team of electrical, computer, and mechanical engineers on a high-visibility program. Drive engineering excellence, develop subject matter experts, and optimize lab resources. Support Internal Research and Development (IRAD) efforts and foster a culture of innovation.
Lead multi-discipline hardware teams, employ technical expertise, lead Design Review activities, communicate with engineering disciplines, and develop program schedules and metrics.
Opportunity to acquire product knowledge, use and advance management skills on innovative technology, and work in a hybrid work format.
