Job description
As a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, you will be part of the BAE Systems team working on challenging problems, collaborating with creative engineers, and delivering advanced products. You will work in a diverse and inclusive environment with flexibility in your work schedule.
You will be responsible for supporting technologies on next-generation military/commercial applications, performing as a Systems Engineer for programs ranging from developing prototypes to full rate production and sustainment of systems.
This role requires consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role.
