Job description
Join BAE Systems' Air & Space Force Solutions as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to assist the customer with developing engineering requirements in support of an advance reentry capabilities program. The team solves complex technical challenges and works in a fast-paced environment.
Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers, support requirements development, and prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents.
You must be an experienced and skilled leader, willing to meet challenges fearlessly and balance mission priorities across your team while successfully maintaining personnel and customer relationships.
