Job description
Join BAE Systems as a Senior Test Engineer to develop automated test software solutions for Next Generation Electronic Warfare Systems Products and Solutions. Collaborate with Systems, Hardware, Software, and Test Engineers across multiple disciplines to impact all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle.
Design and develop test solutions, write test software, and provide technical status to program management or direction to individual contributors. Assume a full or partial lead role as circumstances dictate, and interface with other engineering disciplines as necessary.
This role requires a motivated self-starter with 10+ years of experience in Electrical, Software, or Test Design Engineering. The ideal candidate will be able to complete assignments with little oversight, provide technical leadership, and be comfortable in a dynamic production environment.
