
Job description
Lead a team of manufacturing employees in a production line supporting aerospace component manufacturing. Directly manage day-to-day operations, drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Develop team capability and support operational excellence.
Manage a team, drive workforce planning, mentor and coach team members, partner with cross-functional teams, lead manufacturing performance metrics, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
