Job Description
The Works is seeking enthusiastic Team Members & Shift Leaders for its Hanover, NH location. The role involves a wide range of tasks within a community café, from customer greeting and serving to food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and leading and guiding staff. Requirements
- Greeting, serving customers and handling cash
- Preparing handcrafted smoothies, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, entrées, salads, soups, and more
- Maintaining a clean and organized café
- Ability to stay cool and calm in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for periods of 8 +/- hours each shift, and be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects repeatedly during a shift.
