
Job description
We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Key Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our most valuable clients. This role is responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving long-term business success through exceptional service and account management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, develop deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and industry trends, build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, and identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand account value.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively, and proven experience in account management, sales, or client services (typically 3–5 years).
