Role Overview

The Lead, Warehouse Worker is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and adherence to safety standards. This role is part of a team that excels at creating strong partnerships within the company and with customers. BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 23 branches across the U.S.

What You Will Do

Lead and support warehouse staff in day-to-day tasks, monitor workflow, assign tasks, and assist in training new team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Leadership experience preferred
