Senior Contracts Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Contracts Manager will manage SP&S deals from a contracting and commercial perspective, ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. They will negotiate contract terms and conditions, provide commercial and contractual leadership, and develop ways to identify and mitigate contract risk.

What You Will Do

Develop and negotiate contractual agreements, lead cross-functional teams in contract negotiation, support bid teams in proposal development, manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects, and provide advice on project specific contractual matters.
