
Job description
Assist the Project Manager in managing administrative and technical requirements for construction special projects, ensuring quality, profitability, safety, sustainability, and timeliness.
Perform project financial analysis, preconstruction coordination, project scheduling, project administration, and customer relations, among other essential functions.
Ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience with project manager software, cost projection, and financial analysis.
