Job description
Assists the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors or supervising laborers and trade workers at the construction site. Monitors work performance, progress and productivity of subcontractors and laborers/craft workers.
Directly oversee the performance of workers completing all phases of construction to meet company standards and owner expectations. Assist in monitoring costs as specified in contract documents.
Requires 5 years of previous field Interior or commercial construction experience, 1 year of direct supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft products.
