Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their 5-star luxury boutique resort in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have solid international hospitality experience, financial expertise, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Resort Manager in luxury 5-star hotels or resorts for a minimum of two years
• Solid work experience in other luxury brands in Indonesia and other major international destinations in Southeast Asia
• Excellent leadership, guest engagement, financial acumen, and ability to uphold and elevate service standards at an international luxury level
